Thanks to a partnership between Orange County, California, and Picture Genetics, residents of the OC can have free at-home Covid 19 tests delivered directly to their homes. The tests are delivered by FedEx, and once you take the test you drop it off with FedEx as well, for processing by Picture Genetics.
Residents of California’s Contra Costa County can order up to 4 free at-home Covid 19 tests, and they will be delivered to you. This is only for residents of that county.
Residents of Massachusetts can take advantage of an arrangement between the state and LabCorp to have Covid tests delivered to them for free.
Free at-home Covid 19 tests are available for people in Wisconsin thanks to a partnership between the state of Wisconsin and the “Say Yes!” program.
Residents of Washington state can get free at-home Covid 19 tests delivered directly to them through the “Say Yes!” program. Say Yes! is a free home Covid test provider that has partnered with certain states, including Washington.
The state of South Dakota is offering free home Covid tests, delivered to your door, in partnership with Vault Health. You order them through the Vault Health website, and they are delivered by mail or, in some cases, the same or next day by Door Dash.
Free home Covid tests are available to residents of New Mexico through a partnership with Vault Health and the state of New Mexico. Read more here.

The state of Delaware is offering free at-home Covid 19 tests, in partnership with Vault Health, on the Delaware Public Health site.
Free at-home Covid 19 tests are available to residents of Minnestoa through the “Say Yes!” program. Order online and they are delivered free!
