The Kellogg Eye Center has been recommended as a Covid-safe provider of eye care in Ypsilanti, Michigan. The Kellogg Eye Center is part of the University of Michigan healthcare network. The person recommending the Kellogg Eye Center notes that masks are required, and that the eye center follows “full hospital cleaning regulations”.
Dr. Gary Sasaki, Dr. Ryan Sasaki, and Dr. Joseph Miller, and their The Dental Spa have been recommended as Covid-safe dentists and Covid-safe provider of dental services in Ypsilanti, Michigan. The person recommending them made a note of the fact that masks are required when you are not getting treated, and that they have “excellent ventilation”.
Eliza Hutchinson, MD, at Briarwood Family Medicine as been recommended as a Covid-safe primary care doctor in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The person recommending Dr. Hutchinson notes that at her office masks are required, they offer telehealth options, and that they “take Covid seriously”.
Ruth Spalding, MSW, at True Node Therapy has been recommended as a Covid-safe therapist and provider of mental health and therapy services specializing in working with neurodivergent clients in Michigan. Her practice is entirely remote (telehealth teletherapy), and the person who recommended her says that she is very supportive of Covid-precautions. A Covid-safe therapist is defined as one who offers Covid-safe services and who is known to be supportive of their clients taking Covid seriously and taking whatever precautions work for them to avoid Covid.
Dr. Amy Boscia at Ithaca Eye Care Optometry has been recommended as a Covid-safe provider of optometry services in Ithaca, New York. The person who recommended Dr. Boscia explains that the staff are all masked with at least KN95 masks, and that they “require patients to mask at all times,” and that Dr. Boscia has a close family member who is at high risk, “so she understands precautions and is taking it seriously.”
Dr. Yunus Kurtbay of Dr. Kurtbay Optometry has been recommended as a Covid-safe optometrist and provider of optometry services in San Francisco, California. The person who recommended Dr. Kurtbay says that he has “Awesome Covid protections. First appointment by request, nobody but Dr. Kurtbay and I for safety reasons, wipes down every instrument before you use it, N95 masked. Won’t even allow restroom access. One patient at a time.”
Dr. Nima Massoomi at Bay Area Surgical Arts has been recommended as a Covid-safe oral surgeon and Covid-safe provider of oral surgery procedures and implants.
Dr. Namrita Patel at the Green Dentistry dental practice has been recommended as a Covid-safe dentist and Covid-safe dental practice in San Francisco, California. Here’s why Dr. Patel, who goes by ‘Dr. Nammy’, has been recommended.
Dr. Tania Valez has been recommended as a Covid-safe direct primary care family medicine doctor in Orlando, Florida. The person who recommended Dr. Valez says that they are still requiring masking, although, they add, “were wearing surgical masks” (i.e. not necessarily wearing N95 or better).
Dr. David Ferguson of Ferguson Dental has been recommended as a Covid-safe dentist and dental practice in Montclair, New Jersey. The person who recommended them says that Dr. Ferguson “even comes out to car to work on smaller problems”, and they offer teledentistry when possible!
