Pediatric Dental Associates has been submitted as a Covid-safe pediatric dentist and provider of pediatric dental services in Oxford, Alabama. In addition to Oxford, Pediatric Dental Associates provides dentistry for children in Birmingham, Cullman, Hoover, Medplex, and Pell City, Alabama. However the person who submitted Pediatric Dental Associates spoke only about the Oxford location. Here is what they have to say about Pediatric Dental Associates Oxford.
“Hi, we’re in Anniston, Alabama and I wanted to let you know that my son’s dentist is C,ovid safe. They’re in Oxford Alabama. They are Pediatric Dental Associates Of Oxford.
They ask patients and parents to wear masks but don’t require them. Every employee in the back wears a mask. Today they were wearing n95s. They have an open floor plan but were happy to give us a closed room with a HEPA filter. It’s very rare to find ANY sort of Covid precautions in any medical setting here, so I figured it was worth emailing to you.”

I wanted to update. They are taking less precautions now. The receptionists don’t mask at all. If you call, ask to speak with their office manager. My son went last week and they still put him in the back, enclosed room with an air purifier and all people who entered the room wore masks when asked.
I gave them a call to try and find a recommendation for a local adult dentist that was also COVID-safe and the receptionist acted like I was speaking another language and that they didn’t have a separate exam room for COVID-conscious folks. It’s currently May 2024, so I guess we’ll have to keep looking! 🙁
Hi, I came to update the listing as I’m the one who submitted it and I saw your comment. They have dropped some precautions, but my son just went last week and they still masked in a private room with an air purifier for him. You need to ask to speak with their office manager. The receptionists aren’t going to help.
