I want to highly recommend them as a Covid-safe dental provider: I just had my first appointment with them on Wednesday morning and it was awesome! Dental staff in Kn95s, air purifiers running full blast inside and outside of patient rooms, and everyone was so KIND! The main dentist was double masked N95 with a surgical mask over it, fashioned both with head straps. The safest Ive ever felt at the dentist since 2020, and honestly the best Ive ever felt about my dental care in almost a decade. I was very nervous going to my appointment because of Covid levels being so high right now but it was absolutely necessary (because Ive got some dental issues that can’t wait another 6 months unfortunately).”

Unfortunately, this office is open and has no doors/shields separating the waiting room and other patients from each other. I had gone because I appreciated this review, but because no patient is required to mask and the floor plan is open, I got sick when I went.
I do agree that Dr. Ng is well-masked and running HEPA (Medify) filters in each room. However, I saw staff unmasking in the open rooms right next to mine.
