I am a Registered Massage Therapist in Calgary, Alberta Canada. I have a home-based clinic. For my own health, my family and especially because people come into our home I follow strict protocols.

I mask wearing a KN95 or N95 mask, I provide a new disposable medical astm 3 mask in a sanitized box outside the door for anyone entering my home. I have an air purifier in my treatment room. I require a Covid screening form before all sessions, I do not allow people to come in if they have not been fully healthy for 24 hours before the appointment. If someone at their home is sick I ask them to reschedule. If someone has been on a commercial flight they have to wait 8 days before their session. The massage sheets, wash clothes and my work clothes are washed in hot water.

I do not work if myself or my husband is sick with any Covid symptoms.
