My team and I were genuinely surprised at the phone call experience you mentioned, as we are all fully masked at all times (excluding my insurance coordinator at the front). However, if anyone requests that she too, wear one, there would be no hesitation! I spoke with her regarding this and there is no record of this conversation, so it made us wonder if it was our office you contacted? I just wanted to personally reassure you that we take this very seriously and are always actively ensuring safety of our patients and ourselves 🙂
After calling to confirm masking, the person answering the phone said they were not masking. I wanted to confirm if they would mask upon request and the response was “probably, yes.”
I’d recommend proceeding with caution as it seems they’re not actively taking precautions in the way that would be the most beneficial for themselves & their patients.
