Dispatch Health Mobile Urgent Care has been recommended as a Covid-safe provider of urgent health care services. Here’s what the recommender says: “Dispatch Health is a mobile urgent care service with coverage throughout the United States; it is basically like a house-call doctor only it’s specifically urgent care. I have not yet needed to use Dispatch Health, and generally they show up and will expect to come into your house, but I would absolutely call them and ask them if they could see me outdoors before I would go to any of the non-masking non-keeping-it-safe urgent cares around this area!”
Note that every situation is unique, and if your mobile urgent care location won’t see you outside at your house, then it may be that having them come in your house may be less Covid-safe than going to an urgent care location. Only you can determine that, but if they will come to you and see you outside, that’s a great option.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. PLEASE REMOVE THEM. tHEY DON’T CONFIRM COVID SAFETY. Web site says they test covid but two different people who answered from outsourced situation (couldn’t talk w any manager or clinical in the US to ask said they do test covid and other said they don’t any more. I called as soon as they opened and if they did offer any service they said not available until the next day. Answering service couldn’t answer anything and erased my chart contact info input a year ago so it could be completed and not needed to be done again in time of stress (they did have US people answering with clinical knowledge at that time). Clearly useless in a critical situaion now. good luck folks. Suspect if they even wear masks its surgical but staff couldn’t confirm in Portland
