Optometrist office for children and adults. They require all customers to be masked and have HEPA filters throughout the office (at the waiting area, at each desk, multiple in the frames section, and in each room). At least two of the optometrists wear kn95/kf94. One even wore a surgical mask on top. The rest of the staff wore surgical masks. They also had no issues going outside to adjust my child’s frames because she had to take her mask off for the glasses to sit correctly on her nose.

This office is now short-staffed and won’t guarantee masking by request. Still have HEPA filters but I recommend LNY Optometry in Pacific Beach.
Update Feb 2024: they no longer mask or require masks, but will mask upon request (surgicals). They still have the HEPA filters running and still don’t take walk-ins–by appointment only.
