Masks are required for staff and patients, and everything is by appointment only. This is current as of today (April 14, 2024).

I contacted their office to propose a designated time for higher risk patients to schedule in a block, asked about staff wearing respirators, bringing additional air filtration, etc. and they were incredibly kind and receptive to the idea.

They arranged a couple of designated days for high-risk/Covid-cautious patients and found even decided to make this a regularly scheduled event.

Our first appointment is coming up, but so far others in the community have reported very positive experiences with them.

As of 2024 our office does require masking for staff and patients while inside
and we UV clean our frames after they have been tried on.

In addition to our routine eye exams, please feel free to inquire about scheduling single patient or
family windows for those who are health conscious/cautious, immunocompromised, high-risk, and/or have people around them who are immunocompromised or at high-risk.

We have 2 options available:

The 2nd Saturday of each month starting 6/8/24 are reserved as High-Risk Exam Days.
There may be some exceptions if that Saturday falls on a holiday weekend or we need to have the date closed due to staff scheduling conflicts.
Currently we have 4/20, 6/8, 7/13, 8/10, 9/14, 10/12, 11/9, and 12/14 reserved.
Please note: These dates will not be available for booking on our online scheduler, only via communication via call/text/email.

Isolated Exams for individuals or families are available starting at our first exam time of the day
(usually 10:10) and the first exam after we reopen from lunch (usually 2:30).
Please note: 10:10 appointments are available for booking on our online scheduler, so you will need to reach out to specify that you need an Isolated Exam. If we already have optical appointments scheduled on the day you prefer, we will need to offer other options.

Please ask to schedule a High-Risk Exam or an Isolated Exam depending on which option you need.
