Release the past, embrace the future with us! We offer Mind Body Spirit Release (MBSR), an energetic modality, to help you release stored emotions from your body. The MBSR method is a system that helps identify and deactivate subconscious layers of unprocessed imprints (emotions, limiting beliefs, generational blocks, events and more) stored in our body. These imprints have built up as a result of our life experiences and releasing them from our subconscious allows us to help reduce emotional and physical stress on the body. We have worked with adult and child clients (including neurodiverse, disabled and LGBTQIA+) using Mind Body Spirit Release intentions to release low frequency vibrations and emotions around grief & sorrow, relationships, spirituality, defensive patterns, as well as attachments to a variety of health conditions including anxiety, depression, GI issues, brain fog, insomnia, inflammation & pain, and chronic illnesses (including long covid, post lyme, reactivated Epstein-Barr, and more). It is an absolute honor when trusted to perform a clearing to help ease the transition of a loved one ahead of their passing.
Release & Embrace takes Covid seriously and is an all-virtual business to allow people from around the US and Canada (and even the world) to have access to this modality. Our business partners with the local community to help educate and provide free masks, gloves, and rapid Covid tests to those in need, besides distributing our presentation on How to Stay Safe During Covid Waves.
Cindy, our founder, knows first hand what it is like to battle multiple chronic illnesses and thus she and her family still take Covid precautions as if it is still 2020. This includes staying at home the majority of time or wearing N95 masks if we need to go to a doctor’s appointment in person (and requiring that their staff mask up). She follows the recommendations shared in the and believes layering mitigations is the safest approach when one has to venture out into the world.
