– All employees wear both N95 and PAPR (powered air-purifying respirator) masks.
– All rooms are equipped with HEPA filters, and they are sanitized between patients.
– Only Smiles operates within its own building (i.e., they don’t share a space with other practices)
– Signs on the door instruct patients:

1) To wear a face mask 
2) Not to enter the building if they are experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever or flu-like symptoms, cough or sore through, or shortness of breath.
