Dr. Michael Ray and his mobile optometry service, Midwest Mobile Care, have been submitted as a Covid-safe provider of mobile vision care services in Indiana. Dr. Ray is a mobile optician and provides eye exams and vision correction prescriptions with which you can either order glasses through him or online.

The person who submitted Dr. Ray as a Covid-safe provider says “I’d like to recommend the mobile optometry services of Midwest Mobile Care. Dr. Michael Ray provides mobile services once a week (Fridays, I think). He will come to your home. He drove to my home in Bloomington, Indiana. I think he serves Indianapolis, as well. He wore an N95 mask at my request. There was a $50 travel charge per person on top of the regular visit cost. My vision insurance worked just as if I had seen him in the office, as far as the regular visit cost and eyeglasses, etc. He will write an eyeglass prescription which you can use to order from him or online. He brings a small selection of frames to chose from. He doesn’t usually prescribe contacts, but he was able to get me trial multifocal lenses and write me a prescription for the ones that worked best, and I ordered them online.”
